Joseph says bees stay in their hive during the winter. Leslie found out that bees live in tree stumps and bee boxes. Macy learned that bees eat pollen and nectar. Ian said that the enemies for bees are a praying mantis and birds. Shane discovered that bees help flowers grow. Evan shared with us that there are more than 10,000 different kinds of bees.

I didn't know all of this about bees! This is a great project. The model magic insects look very real.
